Is my billing prorated if I terminate early? Yes. If you are billed in advance, you are credited from the termination date to the billed through date.

If you are billed in arrears, your billing stops on the termination date.

For example, If you are billed in advance on January 28th and you terminate the service on January 15th, your final bill will give you credit from January 15th through January 28th.

However, if you are billed in arrears on January 28th, and you terminate the service on February 15th, your final bill will reflect January 28th through February 15th.
