Edit or Delete a Folder (Message Center)

To edit or delete a folder, the folder must have been created by the user. You cannot delete pre-formatted folders structures.

 

Before you begin, login to Verizon Online Email via Message Center with your user name and password. Forgot your username and password?

 

To delete a Folder:

  1. Open the Email view.

  2. Click Create/Manage Folders.

  3. Select the radio button next to the folder you want to delete.

  4. Click Delete.

  5. Click OK to confirm that you want to delete the folder. The folder is removed from the Email folder view.

To edit a Folder:

  1. Open the Email view.

  2. Click Create/Manage Folders.

  3. Select the radio button next to the folder you want to delete.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Update your folder name and click Save.
