Calls Are Not Connecting There are several issues that might cause you trouble in connecting calls. Stuck Keypad A common cause of incomplete calls is a stuck or malfunctioning keypad. Make sure you can hear all tones when you dial. Verify the number you are dialing Ensure that the phone number and area code you are dialing are correct.
