  • Check Your Account Balance at My Verizon You can view your account information at My Verizon.

    In order to protect your account information, you must be registered to use this feature. If you are a first-time user, you will be given the opportunity to register before you enter My Verizon.

    1. Sign in to My Verizon using your User ID and Password.

    2. From My Verizon, click Account, then Bill.
      Your Account Summary and Statement opens.

    3. In the right column, several additional billing options are available under the headers Bill Actions, Other Account Options, and Account Services.
