Alternate billing formats

To assist Verizon customers with visual impairments, upon request, Verizon will provide bills or products and services brochures in alternate media formats. Verizon has several formats available.

  • Braille
  • Large print format
  • Audio CD
  • CD-Rom

It may take 1 to 2 bill cycles to receive your first alternate bill format. During this time, you will continue to receive your regular formatted bill and remit slip.
