Naked Planet will share his journey to Idaho’s Sawtooth Mountains

As the co-founder of the travel photography site Naked Planet, Stephen Valido has captured some of the best that nature has to offer and shared it with millions of visitors looking for the perfect trip outdoors. Beginning July 31, Stephen will travel to Idaho, and share images of the breathtaking vistas of the Sawtooth Mountain area, including Mount Borah and the Salmon River, also known as the “River of No Return”.

“I’ve shared my photos and the photos of others from almost every corner of the planet,” says Stephen. “I’m looking forward to being able to do that from the top of Idaho’s tallest peak – Mount Borah.”

After arriving in Sun Valley, Stephen will head to Stanley, Idaho – population 67 – in the heart of the Sawtooth Valley. While there, he’ll navigate down the Salmon River – the longest free-flowing river in the lower 48 states. He will also travel  through majestic canyons and even past white sand beaches.

The next day, Stephen will embark on a day-long hike ascending 5,262 vertical feet to the top of Mount Borah. After the trip back down, he’ll get a much deserved night’s rest in Challis, before heading back to Sun Valley.

On his journey, Stephen will be sharing videos, photos and tips utilizing the 4G LTE networks of Verizon and Custer Wireless in Idaho.
