Irvine, CA - Go2 Systems Inc., originator of Go2TM, the leading location-based directory and information services system designed for the Internet and wireless devices, today announced a strategic relationship with Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless communications provider. Go2 is providing Verizon Wireless' Mobile Web customers with its award-winning location and mobile information services. Go2 Web sites provide location-based information for more than 12 million brick and mortar establishments across the U.S., as well as a powerful suite of enhanced information relevant to the mobile customer, including turn-by-turn directions, local events and other directory services. Go2's useful, proximity-ranked addressing and locator information, responsive to mobile users' selected locations, is currently available on Verizon phones.

Verizon Wireless today launched its nationwide Mobile Web service, which combines the convenience and mobility of wireless communications with popular content from the World Wide Web. The Mobile Web service, which runs on Verizon Wireless' robust and reliable, coast-to-coast CDMA network, gives users access to the Web-based information they want via their wireless handset.

Go2 will be accessible from Verizon Wireless' "Directories" menu where users can select by topic or brand, such as Go2steakhouses.com, Go2ruthschris.com, Go2oilchanges.com, Go2jiffylube.com, Go2houses.com or Go2coldwellbanker.com. The sites provide real-time information based on the user's precise location or intended destination, offering a simple, intuitive method for users to find what they are looking for close by.

"Go2's wireless product has received accolades from numerous reviewers and from our users. Our relationship with Verizon Wireless will expand our distribution by providing our valuable services to Verizon Wireless customers," said Lee Hancock, founder and president of Go2 Systems Inc. "Go2 offers the best available solutions for Verizon's wireless users who can now obtain a wealth of location-centric information, such as directions, click-through calling and updated daily intelligence, that significantly enhances the utility of wireless phones for virtually all users."

"This agreement represents our commitment to introduce a complete range of customized information services for our Mobile Web customers. Go2 adds real value to the service, driving users to rely on their mobile phone as an indispensable source of information that follows them anywhere," said Marc Lefar, Verizon Wireless' staff vice president, e-Business, Wireless Internet and Data Services. "Mobile Web users have the ability to completely customize their wireless Internet experience based on their personal interests and needs, so if being informed about an area's business and shopping offerings or events is critical to a user, they can easily configure their service to quickly access and receive that type of information via their wireless handset."
