GTE and Renaissance Introduce New Full-Service Knowledge Managment Application Service To Combine Consulting, Hosting, Customizable Application and Security

KnowledgeNexus is a Web-based solution that enables individuals, groups and organizations to create interactive workspaces where they can securely share documents, capture, publish and maintain corporate knowledge and expertise across multiple organizations through a secure extranet.

Renaissance built the KnowledgeNexus service on GTE's Knowledge Re@ch application framework, adding specialized content and additional functionality. Monthly hosting charges range from $6,000 to more than $16,000 per month depending upon bandwidth utilization. Consulting fees for customizing and delivering KnowledgeNexus solutions range from $30,000 to more than $500,000 depending upon the size and complexity of the application.
