NYNEX Workshop Program Is Valuable Tool For Members of NYNEX

Noted Management Consultant Tom Peters to Kick Off Series
NEW YORK -- Hundreds of thousands of New York businesses already know the
many benefits of membership in the NYNEX Business Link(sm) Plan.
They're about to get one more.
NYNEX plans to introduce a business workshop series focusing on practical
advice and inventive solutions to problems and situations that small- and medium-sized
business owners face every day. New York businesses will be able to take advantage
of the series by redeeming bonus credits they have collected as members of the NYNEX
Business Link Plan.
To launch the series, Tom Peters, one of the most celebrated business speakers
in the world, will hold a one-day seminar on May 8 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan.
Peters, who has sold more than 15 million books on business improvement, will discuss
"The Pursuit of WOW!," his latest book on how businesses can reinvent themselves
"The NYNEX Business Link Plan is wildly successful with businesses in

Introduced in late 1995, NYNEX's New York Business Link Plan provides New
York businesses with discounts on their directly dialed regional calls. The plan
is open to all businesses in the NYNEX's New York service territory with total monthly
NYNEX charges of more than $85, and offers volume discounts based on every dollar
spent with NYNEX. The plan also includes additional discounts at six month intervals
that are designed to reward customers' length of time with the plan. Members in the
plan also accumulate bonus credits that can be used toward the purchase of NYNEX

services and more.
