Tele-TV Media Announces Appointment Of Gerry Farrell Senior Vice
President, Research

LOS ANGELES, CA -- TELE-TV Media Chief Operating Officer David
Grant today announced that Gerard Farrell has joined the company as Senior
Vice President, Research.

Mr. Farrell will have overall responsibility for TELE-TV's market research
activities. He will develop and implement all research efforts encompassing
TELE-TV's product development and service activities for TELE-TV's three
means of digital distribution: digital television, the Internet and interactive
television. Mr. Farrell will work closely with all departments within TELE-TV
in coordinating strategic marketing, programming, and product research.
He will be based at TELE-TV Media headquarters in Los Angeles.

In making the announcement, Mr. Grant said, "With the media industry
evolving so quickly, the role of immediate market research has taken on
critical importance. That's especially true for an entity like TELE-TV
whose mission it is to develop and produce products and services that bridge
the media environments of today and tomorrow."

"I am delighted that we were able to bring Gerry Farrell to our
team. He is one of the best in his field and I expect his contributions
to be significant," Mr. Grant said.

Since March 1995, Mr. Farrell had his own consulting firm specializing
in entertainment and political research and marketing. Prior to that he
was Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning and Marketing for Twentieth
Century Fox Television where he led the marketing and research activities
for the network production, domestic syndication and international television
units.

His domestic and international marketing efforts included "The
Simpsons," "NYPD Blue," "A Current Affair," and
"Picket Fences." In addition, Mr. Farrell was responsible for
market research for Fox Latin American Channel (Canal Fox) and worked extensively
with the Fox Television Stations.

"TELE-TV's success is predicated on bringing together the best
of what television has always been with the great potential that still
lies ahead," Mr. Farrell said. "That's going to require a strong
knowledge of the consumer market at every stage of that transitional process.

"In our effort to deliver consumers the future products and service
they might demand, it is also very important TELE-TV closely monitor those
telecommunications offerings with which today they are most comfortable
and familiar. Being a part of the team to help consumers recognize and
adapt to new media presents a great challenge and terrific opportunity,"
he said.

Prior to Twentieth Century Fox, Mr. Farrell has held executive research
positions at Paramount Pictures Corporation, The National Research Group
and MCA Television. He and his wife Gretchen reside in Studio City, Ca.
