Companies Deliver Carrier-Based Enterprise-Grade Wireless Data Services With
Significant Cost Reduction Over Current Nationwide Alternatives

Wireless Knowledge, Inc. and Verizon Wireless today announced a joint marketing agreement under which the parties intend to help enterprise customers gain access to corporate data systems using Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) and Wireless Knowledge technologies.

As part of the agreement, Verizon Wireless will help market Wireless Knowledge's Workstyle™ product enabling mobile access for customers to their Microsoft Exchange- and Lotus Domino-based systems. The new data services can be made available as a feature charge on a customer's monthly invoice.

"Through our agreement with Wireless Knowledge, our enterprise customers can benefit from value-added data services - such as Workstyle mobile groupware - integrated into our existing and next-generation networks for better customer service and support."

The Wireless Knowledge Workstyle solution for mobilizing Microsoft Exchange- and Lotus Domino-based systems is available today through Verizon Wireless corporate business sales representatives. As part of the agreement, Wireless Knowledge, Verizon Wireless and QUALCOMM will engage in co-marketing activities to accelerate enterprise mobility.
