With the new market launch, area residents with 4G LTE devices will be able to take advantage of the power of the 4G LTE network with speeds up to 10 times faster than Verizon’s 3G network. The Indiana cities with 4G LTE launching October 20 include:

- Bedford

- Evansville
- Goshen
- Granger
- Jasper
- Mishawaka
- Mitchell
- South Bend
- Terre Haute

Verizon Wireless currently offers its 4G LTE network to Indiana residents in Indianapolis, Lafayette, West Lafayette and Fort Wayne.

Residents of the newly covered 4G LTE cities can choose from 12 devices on Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE network including:

Verizon introduced its 4G LTE network on Dec. 5, 2010, covering more than 110 million Americans, and has already expanded to cover more than half the U.S. population. Since launch, the 4G LTE network has won numerous technology and consumer choice awards. Verizon will continue to rapidly expand its 4G LTE network and is on course to cover more than 185 million Americans by the end of 2011.
