TREVOSE, PA — Ann McCrystal, president of Verizon Wireless' Philadelphia Tri-State region, headquartered in Trevose, PA, was recently named one of Business News New Jersey's "40 under 40." The annual 40 under 40 program recognizes the state's most distinguished business leaders under the age of 40.
McCrystal is one of the first females to be promoted within Verizon Wireless to the position of regional president. She oversees a staff of more than 900 employees and is responsible for the company's regional sales, customer service, network systems expansion, finance, administration and retail store network. The Philadelphia Tri-State region includes southern New Jersey, Philadelphia and its suburbs, the Lehigh Valley, and the state of Delaware.
During her first year as regional president, the company's Philadelphia Tri-State Region was named the leader in overall customer satisfaction among wireless users in the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates 2000 U.S. Wireless Customer Satisfaction StudySM.
