Wireless Account Information In The Palm Of Your Hand On Verizon Wireless Web-Enabled Phones

BEDMINSTER, NJ — Verizon Wireless, the nation's wireless leader in customer loyalty, has made it even easier for its customers to check account balance and usage information with "Handset My Account". Available now, Handset My Account allows Verizon Wireless customers to access information previously only available online, including usage and balance information, right from their Web-enabled wireless phones without incurring airtime charges.*

Handset My Account users will have direct access to their account balance and usage information, including minutes used, TXT Messages sent and received and kilobyte usage. Additionally, customers can pay their Verizon Wireless bill, as well as edit existing payment methods.

Verizon Wireless customers with Mobile Web 2.0^SM can access Handset My Account from the VZW Today home page by selecting VZW Services, then choosing the My Account option. Customers who have not subscribed to Mobile Web 2.0 can access Handset My Account by opening their Web browser and selecting the My Account option.

*Handset My Account is not available to corporate customers, resellers or INpulse customers. Customers on a Family SharePlan® can access account level balance and the usage screens will display usage at the mobile telephone number level.
