Verizon Wireless Opens First Communications Store In Bay City, Michigan

BAY CITY, MI — Verizon Wireless today opened a new Communications Store in Bay City at 3505 Wilder Road.

The new 2,592-square-foot store is the first in Bay County and only the eighth in Michigan to showcase a new and highly interactive retail concept that is a departure from Verizon Wireless' traditional retail store design.

Customers can pick up and try more than 42 functioning wireless phones and experience on-demand access to more than 3 million downloadable songs; cutting-edge 3D games; and short news, weather, sports and entertainment video clips. The store also features accessories such as Bluetooth® headsets as well as laptops with wireless cards and modems and interactive television screens.
