BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Verizon Wireless hosts its second annual Verizon Developer Community (VDC) Conference next week with sessions devoted to marketing and merchandising opportunities, technology updates, network APIs and other developer enablers from a wide range of partners.

Tuesday’s opening session will be webcast live starting at 9:30 a.m. PDT, and beginning tomorrow, developers can register to watch and listen at www.vdcconference.com. Additional sessions will be videotaped and available for viewing on the site after the conclusion of the conference.

In addition to information for developers working on mobile applications, other VDC sessions include an update from Verizon Wireless’ 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) Innovation Center; information on smart solutions for connected devices featuring executives from OnStar, Intel, Ingersoll Rand and others; and a WIP Jam session to answer and address developer questions.
