LAS VEGAS, NV, BASKING RIDGE, NJ, and PARIS, FRANCE — From the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Verizon Wireless and Gameloft today announced that Asphalt 6: Adrenaline and N.O.V.A.® 2 – Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance are being shown at the Verizon booth (Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall, Booth #30259). Showcasing the ultimate power of Verizon’s 4G LTE network, both games have been optimized to take advantage of the network with multiplayer options being demoed at the event, while Asphalt 6: Adrenalinewill also demo the new in-game voice chat function.

Asphalt 6: Adrenaline, Gameloft’s latest installment to the popular Asphalt series, is an adrenaline-pumping mobile game featuring HD graphics, online/local multiplayer modes, and an assortment of vehicles and race tracks. Offering one of the most immersive racing experiences currently available on Verizon Wireless devices, CES attendees will have the opportunity to sample a new in-game voice chat feature customized to run on the HTC Rezound™ over 4G LTE. Up to three players at a time will be able to chat with one another through the Gameloft Live multiplayer option.

N.O.V.A. 2 – Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance, the sequel to the ultimate mobile sci-fi first-person shooter (FPS), invites attendees to get the most out of the multiplayer experience over 4G LTE. In working with the Verizon Application Innovation Center, attendees are given the chance to play through a civil war between the central government of the Terran Orbitals and the self-appointed Human-Alien Alliance, in addition to being given the option of being joined by up to six friends at a time on the Samsung Galaxy Tab™ 10.1.
