Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager – Networkfleet - San Diego, CA

Job Summary – assigned to one of the Field Sales Teams, this Account Manager position manages a customer base assigned to the territory that mirrors their field sales team. This position inherits new accounts on a monthly basis after the field team has sold and nurtured them for the first 180-210 days after the sale. Assistance during that first 180-210 days may be required as well. Main duties to include

  • Manage existing customer base and upsell grow the account base
  • Base will be determined by Geography
  • Act as the #1 point of contact for all sales related issues, questions, trainings for existing customer base. Provide assistance as needed with other inside sales members.
  • Assist in issuing credits, processing cancellations and providing direction and assistance to other departments that  interact with customer
  • Providing weekly forecasts to manager via email.
  • Proactively call customers on regular basis as time allows for general check ins
  • Also answer incoming calls to the sales line and sell new opportunities based on current Rules of Engagements and size of opportunities


Must have:

  • Experience in sales processes.
  • 2 years minimum experience in the same or similar position. Experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Technical acumen required.
  • Outstanding customer relationship and problem resolution skills
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Ability to provide solutions within a technological environment. Excellent organizational and Microsoft Office skills. Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).


  • Associate’s degree, 2 years of college, or equivalent experience.
