Work in a dynamic group within our complex sales organization responsible for customer retention and growth.  Aspects of the job will be championing key projects related to the retention and satisfaction of the current customer base. These projects will provide experience in strategic partnerships and relationships both internally and externally, consultative sales experience, and complex and creative problem solving.

As a Customer Success Summer Intern, you may work in these areas:

Sales support

Sales Analysis

Customer Account Management

Negotiations

What we’re looking for...

You’re a motivated self-starter. Never satisfied with the status quo, you’re always trying to beat a personal best. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where new challenges come up every day. You are flexible, dependable and work well in varying environments. Learning quickly is personally rewarding and inspires you to take smart risks

You’ll need to have:

Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent major degree program with an expected completion date between December 2018 and June 2020

Even better if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing
  • Experience in any of the following skills / technologies: MSOffice, Front End Marketing/Sales, & Project Management, CRM (or Salesforce)
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship
  • 3.2 GPA or greater preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and solid communication skills
