As a Customer Success Intern you will:

Work in a dynamic group within our complex sales organization responsible for customer retention and growth. Aspects of the job will be championing key projects related to the retention and satisfaction of the current customer base. These projects will provide experience in strategic partnerships and relationships both internally and externally, consultative sales experience, and complex and creative problem solving.

What we’re looking for...

You have a passion for technology, start-ups, drones, aviation, or all of the above. You’re a driven self-starter with a high level of personal integrity. You’re also a nice person who can collaborate across teams.

You’ll need to have:

Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent major degree program with an expected completion date between December 2018 and June 2020

Even better if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Liberal Arts or Journalism
  • High energy and ability to work independently
  • Strong research skills
  • Strong communicator
  • 3.2 GPA or greater preferred
