This position is accountable for the timely and accurate regulatory submissions via NWF or Siterra & manual processes necessary to ensure regulatory approvals are obtained on a schedule which enables the region to meet its implementation schedule.   This requires the daily coordination with PMO, RF engineering, Real Estate, system performance, HQ regulatory, and outside vendors & consultants to ensure the necessary data is obtained, validated, submitted, and on occasion expedited. This position requires highly effective communications between key stakeholders. 

  • Maintain Regulatory tracking for both status and outlook of NWF regulatory submissions and Non-NWF regulatory submissions for new builds, antenna mod’s, drop & swaps, tower extensions, spectrum clearing, in-building, small cells, venues, COW’s, decommissions, and special projects.
  • Drive results by prioritizing and communicating intra-departmental requirements necessary to ensure regulatory submissions are submitted in advance of escalation.
  • Work closely with RF and Real Estate to drive timely and accurate submissions of Structure Form, Construction Docs, and In-service requirements.
  • Insure timely and accurate submissions for FAA/ASR approvals,  AM studies, E911, and Revenue Assurance.
  • Track HQ regulatory submissions and escalate to management prior to potential delays posing risk to regional objectives.
  • Stay engaged with changing regional priorities and address NWF task accordingly to meet the regional business needs. 
  • Ensure regulatory documents are accurately archived in NWF/Siterra and regional server.
  • Support the launch of Siterra.
  • Support and complete quarterly regulatory self audit submissions with accuracy.
  • Upload attachments into national databases such as Network flow, Geoplan and Siterra, as well as regional server.



  • +3 year experience with demonstrated knowledge of  FAA/FCC guidelines related to Tower construction and Wireless carrier licensing
  • +3 years experience with contract management, project management or construction disciplines
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and to manage changing and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent persuasion skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical way

General familiarity with RF engineering design standards

• Bachelors degree
