This position requires a strong knowledge of the personal computing space as well proven success in managing a team. The individual will manage a national program that requires collaboration with all internal functional teams as well as external partners associated with the personal computing ecosystem. In addition to strong/proven sales skills the individual must be capable of monitoring industry trends related to competitors as well as those segments that directly impact the personal computing segment.

This job will be critical in creating growth of the personal computing space over the next 3 to 5 years for VZW. Identifying new ways to increase business across Consumer / SMB / Enterprise by enabling OEMs to embed a VZW connected solution will be critical to the success of this candidate.

  • Experience: 6-8 years wireless sales, B2B sales operations, or partner management experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in the personal computing segment
  • Previous leadership experience in Business Development
  • Experience in negotiating business agreements/contracts
  • Experience managing 3rd party acquisition programs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated experience reporting financial impacts of large scale initiatives
  • Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
