Responsibilities

Departmental Support- Communicate, track and coordinate the due diligence required for sites in search in support of the current build plan. Coordinate and track real estate activities for projects on existing sites. Create Funding Requests and Purchase Orders and enter receipts.  Assist in closing out year-end capital spending. Prepare and submit contract files for abstracting.


Administration and Reporting- Monitor and report on internal and external vendors in regard to meeting project deadlines. Coordinate, monitor and report monthly on the progress of lease terminations, lease renewals and expired lease extension agreements. Manage site documentation and recording.


Contract Review and compliance- Review contracts to respond to standard requests for information from internal and external inquires. Monitor and order renewal of expired bonds and certificates of Insurance required by the lease.  Order environmental reports and prepare Environmental Screen form for sites with ongoing environmental issues.



Qualifications

• 2 years of Real Estate or purchasing experience.
• 2+ years of wireless financial analysis experience or extensive knowledge and understanding of wireless industry trends and key business drivers.
• Familiar with basic accounting principals (general ledger, accruals, accounts payable).
• Proficient in PeopleSoft Inventory and Fixed Asset Modules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word).
• Well organized and ability to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to perform in a team environment.
• Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
