Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Enhanced Call Routing (ECR) and Intelligent Call Routing (ICR), Wholesale VoIP, IPCC (IPTF, IP-IVR and VILO), MCR and other Call Center products.  Research includes application, connectivity, quality, routing and reporting issues across local, long distance, and IP networks.  Analyze call flows, translations and messaging in order to provide a corrective action or recommendations that can lead to a resolution. Interaction includes customers within government and major business segments, account teams, vendors, carriers and other Network Support personnel.  



Qualifications

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a highly technical and fast paced environment.  Excellent PC hardware/software and communications skills required.  Detailed oriented with strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills. Being a team player is critical and shift work is required.

Desired skills:

Familiarity with SS7/SIP/RTP protocols that can aid in searching, troubleshooting and resolving TDM/VOIP related call flows across multiple products and services traversing Long Distance, VOIP and Local networks. Retrieve and analyze Platform and Switch Call Records. Familiarity with Toll Free Routing, TFNM, Geoprobe, Wireshark, IRIS and NETSCOUT a plus.
