Responsibilities

Work as part of the Video Content Management Center (VCMC) --a 24/7/365 operational support center, responsible for Video On Demand (VOD) content being offered to our video customer base nationwide. Be available for any shift work as necessary. Work in a fast-paced operartional environment with ever-changing priorities and aggressive deadlines. Also support increased numbers and complexity of VOD assets, providers and project initiatives.



Qualifications

Wokring knowledge of Video On Demand (VOD) technology, including major video providers such as Cisco and Seachange. Experience with technology platform transitions / migrations, as several are scheduled in 2014 alone. Ability to work, across all shifts, with large volumes of VOD assets, including a relatively small but important number of high-value and quick turnaround video assets. Ability to work and experience with internal groups, such as Marketing, Project / Program Management, Video Engineering, FSC (customer facing team), as well as external vendors and video providers.

Technical BS or BA degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
