  • Analyze web sites for maximum performance gain using CDN technology.
  • Make formal recommendations and create supporting proof of concepts on how to implement CDN and other technologies to decrease page load times and increase performance.
  • Develop creative solutions to business objectives through the combined use of out-of-box functionality, third-party integration, and custom code development.
  • Advocate customer voice within organization.
  • Participate in implementation projects with cross organizational project teams.
  • Develop and write feature requests and technical specifications.
  • Work directly with clients to ensure their requirements are successfully delivered.
  • Review technology/application improvements and assess opportunities/impacts on the client's global processes.
  • Support the development of strong client relationships.
  • Identify and foster cross and up-sell opportunities for new products and services to existing clients.

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical or internet environment
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working directly with clients to translate their requirements into successful technical implementations, business analysis
  • Technical and communication skills to facilitate conversations with internal project teams and clients
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to work on multiple complex tasks that come together under one deadline
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML is required.
  • Knowledge of streaming protocols is a plus (RTMP, RTMPE, RTSP, HTTPS etc..)
  • Experience in API support and integrations systems.
  • Experience with projects using CDN services.
  • Experience working with highly technical customers.
