Responsibilities

This position has aggressive collections, customer service and productivity objectives. We are seeking a dynamic Leader who is innovative, accountable and able to lead their team to exceed team/organizational objectives. Position will be responsible for the following duties:
•Manage a team of 12 to 15 collection consultants responsible for Consumer and Small Business customer base.
•Resolve customer escalations.
•Conduct customer contact observations and off-line work audits for quality assurance purposes.
•Conduct monthly scorecard and attendance reviews with employees.
•Coach/develop employees to exceed performance objectives.
•Deliver training as required.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, related field or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years supervisory experence in a call center required
  • 4+ years experience in a collections environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of collections systems and processes i.e., iCollect, ifinals required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of order systems; NSOP, NTARS preferred
  • Data and process analysis experience desired
  • Training experience desired
