  • Support Managed Network Services (MNS) standard and custom application/tool development to achieve contractual commitments.
  • Provide ongoing post-sales support on an immediate and as needed basis throughout the life-span of a customer’s contracts for all verticals.
  • Required to support the Operation’s team requirements in support of their management day-to-day requirements and customer commitments.
  • Interfaces and interacts frequently with Network Operations staff, Program Management, and various Verizon support and delivery teams enhancing systems based on their business needs.

Key activities include:

  • Develop Managed Network Services (MNS) Business requirements to support internal and customer contractual commitments
  • Develop and implement MNS system requirements including support for ad-hoc requests
  • Maintain systems and toolsets for VES Vertical Service Level Reporting
  • Implement Application modifications as required to meet Operational and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with OSS and Pre-Sales Solution for the development of new tools
  • Develop NSE Post-Sales Documentation and Training
  • Performs preventative maintenance for applications and systems developed and implemented
  • Provide on-call support to remediate system and tools problems expeditiously in support of Operational Team Support
  • Maintains and documents ‘as-built’ documentation for tools implemented (as required)



  • Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Computer Science preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of IT experience in development, quality, testing and implementation.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL, PHP, and UNIX Scripting
  • Strong Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, ASP, and Windows Server/IIS(Basics)
  • Working knowledge of IT Architecture Design, Service Delivery, and Operations
  • Self-motivated Individual with a positive attitude and good team development skills
  • Possess exceptional problem solving skills including conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Demonstrates proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills


  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
