Support several Executives.  Assist with scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, typing letters, memos and general correspondence, creating and manipulating spread sheet.   Assist with presentation materials utilizing PowerPoint.   Assist with expense reports, reserving conference rooms for meetings, ordering lunch/dinner, answering phones.

  • Manage busy calendar and schedule of Executives.  Schedule meetings.  Reserve conference rooms.   Order meals for meetings.
  • Assist in preparing general correspondence including letters, memos, and emails.  Assist with PowerPoint presentations.  Assist with preparation, submission and follow up of expense reports.
  • Assist with travel arrangements.
  • Answer phones.  Cover the front desk reception area when needed. 



  • 2+ years of experience supporting executives in an administrative role.  Experience in meeting planning, expenses, making travel arrangements both here in North America and globally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Visio.  Possess strong written and verbal English communication skills.  Excellent organizational skills.  Must exhibit a professional demeanor and presence.  Professional phone skills.  Previous experience with systems related to travel, expense reporting, etc.
  • H. S. Diploma required.  B.A. preferred.
