Responsibilities

Product Analysts participate in meetings with the business and technical teams to clarify the requirements from internal and external clients.  Develop requirement documents, Operational Level Process (OLPs) and functional requirements documents.

  • Meet with the business and technical teams to clarify the requirements from internal and external clients.
  • Develop requirement documents, Operational Level Process (OLPs) and functional requirements documents.
  • Work with the IT teams to make sure the appropriate business requirements are being followed, as well as following up with the business on any questions that the IT team may have in regards to the business requirements.
  • Distribute newly developed requirements to the test team and call center and conduct training to ensure their complete understanding.
  • Ensure migration or go-live requirements have been outlined and are in place when systems are migrated or go-live.


Qualifications

 

  • 10+ years’ experience in Business Analysis on large complex systems.  Prefer 12+ years of Business Analysis experience within large, complex systems.  Previous experience with an Aftermarket product. Experience with Siebel Call Center and preferable Siebel Automotive, E-Business Suite, BRM and OBIEE.
  • Experience in thorough implementation lifecycle (requirement/specification definition, development, testing, migration and go-live support). 
  • Excellent open and proactive written and oral communication skills.  Ability to work in team-oriented, matrix-managed environment.  Proven analytical skills. Strong customer service orientation.  Knowledge of business process development and improvement. 

 

B.S. or B.A required, preferred in Computer Science or related field.
