The Role of a Sales Experience Support Specialist

As a Verizon Wireless Experience Specialist in a VZW Destination Store, you ll help create an in-store experience that exceeds our customers expectations in every way.

Embodying the hallmarks of our distinctive Destination Stores energy, excitement and teamwork you ll use your outstanding communication skills, customer service expertise, and passion for VZW technology to introduce our innovations to the world. That means helping customers navigate our uniquely interactive Destination Store, generating enthusiasm about our solutions, and continuously educating people about how powerful technology can empower their lives. Your work as an Experience Support Specialist will be critical to engaging with potential customers, growing our existing customer base and building long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

As a confident, professional individual with a rich understanding of VZW technology and services, you will:

Kick-start a unique and world-class experience for every customer entering the store, direct customer traffic and promote store exploration
Create a welcoming, exciting, and engaging store environment
Quickly and completely resolve customer issues, ensuring customer s needs are met
Deliver the ultimate one-on-one coaching experience to customers as you demonstrate product and accessory functionality
Become an all-solutions expert and point of contact for product features and functionality
As needed, assist with wireless workshops where you will work with groups of customers to demonstrate and educate them on a variety of technology solutions, including the hottest smartphones, tablets and smart accessories
Participate in team selling by demonstrating and positioning solutions for customers
Contribute to the overall health and performance of your retail store by supporting daily business operations, including processing customer transactions when needed

Qualifications
Qualifications

The qualified candidate will possess a 2-year degree, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience. This position also requires flexible schedule availability (including evening and weekends).
