Set up and Manage Sub Accounts

To create additional email accounts for friends and family, set up a sub account. A sub account is a secondary account associated with your main account.

As the primary account holder, you can create up eight sub accounts for family and friends, and maintain full control over email access for your sub accounts. Each sub account has its own user name and password.

Use the Manage Sub Accounts Tool

Go to Manage Your Profile Settings within MyVerizon and select Manage next to Manage Sub Accounts

From there, you can either Select a Sub Account to Manage or Add New Sub Account

Small Business Customers can manage sub accounts at My Business Account.
