Steps to add a computer to a Verizon 9100EM wired network with a FiOS connection

You must have at least one computer connected to your home network and be able to access the Internet before you can connect additional computers. If you haven't created a home network, refer to the instructions for installing a wired home network.

Adding computers to your Verizon 9100EM wired home network requires five steps:

  1. Verify that a Network Interface Card (NIC) is installed

  2. Connect the computer to the Verizon 9100EM router

  3. Verify the NIC connection properties

  4. Identify the new computer on your network

  5. Testing your Internet connection
