How do I view messages in a full window? Do I need to have the Preview Pane open?

Double-click a message to open the contents of the message in a new window. You do not need to have the preview pane open in order to do this.

If you prefer to view messages in a full browser window, do the following:

  • Double-click a message to open the contents of the message in a new window.
  • Select the drop-down menu from Options in the upper right-hand corner of the message window.
  • Select Open in Browser.

 

If you prefer to have the Preview Pane appear closed every time you log into Webmail, make sure you close it before you sign out. Webmail will remember not to open it when you sign back in.
