Compose, Reply, and Forward Messages (Message Center)

To compose a new email message:

  1. Login to Verizon Online Email via Message Center.

  2. Select Email from the left navigation to view your Inbox.

  3. Click Compose from the top navigation.  After you enter an email address, message subject and message, click Send to send the message to the email address in the To field.  Click Save Draft to save the email in the Drafts folder.

To reply or forward an email message:

  1. Login to Verizon Online Email via Message Center.

  2. Select Email from the left navigation to view your Inbox.

  3. From your Inbox or folders, select the checkbox next to your email and select Actions>Reply or Forward. If forwarding email, enter an email address in the To: field.

  4. Type a message into the message area.

  5. Click Send to reply or forward your email messages.
