You can use Folders to sort and store emails. The Folder list can be accessed my select Emails from the left navigation.
Before you begin, login to Verizon Online Email via Message Center with your user name and password. Forgot your username and password?
To move one or more emails to a folder:
- From your Email Inbox, click the checkbox next to the email message(s).
- From the top navigation, select Move To and select a folder. Note: To add a new folder, select Create/Manage Folders from the left navigation and enter the new folder name. Once you click Save he folder name appears under the Move To folder list.
To view the contents of a folder:
Click Email from left navigation. The folders appear under the main Email heading. Note: Only email can be moved to folders.
