View/Manage Groups (Message Center)

Before you begin, login to Verizon Online Email via Message Center with your user name and password. Forgot your username and password?

 

To view or manage groups:

  1. Click Contacts from the top navigation.

  2. From the left navigation, click Create/Manage Groups .An alphabetical list of Groups is presented in the left navigation.

  3. Select the Group from the left navigation. You'll see the contacts associated to the group.

  4. Update the group information by completing one of the following steps:
    • Add a contact to the group: Select Actions>Add Contacts to add a contact to the group.

    • Send email to the group: Select the contacts you want to email and select Send Email from the top navigation.

    • Edit Group: This will open the group name edit field. Click Save to save your changes.

    • Delete Group: Click Delete Group to remove a group. A confirmation message will be presented. Click OK and the group will be deleted from the Groups list and all associated contacts.
