How do I check for new mail? There are several methods of refreshing your inbox for new email messages. If you want to manually check for new email, select Check Mail in the upper right-hand corner of your viewing window.

If you would like to set up Webmail to automatically check for new messages, do the following:

  • Select Preferences from the lower left-hand portion of the window

  • Under the General Tab in MAIL PREFERENCES, select the drop-down menu from Auto-Check Mail

  • Choose one of the following: Manually, Every 5 Minutes, Every 15 Minutes, Every 30 Minutes, Every Hour

Once you have made your selection, Webmail will automatically refresh your inbox for new email messages according to the time you specified in Preferences.
