What is the Service Ready Date? The Service Ready Date (SRD) is the day your Verizon High Speed Internet signal is activated on your telephone line. When your Verizon High Speed Internet order is complete, Verizon Broadband informs you of the date your service is ready.

Please wait for the Service Ready Date before you install High Speed Internet.

If your Service Ready Date has arrived but your Verizon High Speed Internet connection is not active, please call the Technical Support phone number listed in your Getting Started Guide.

If you don't know your Service Ready Date, you can find it at the What's Next site. Note that you will need to enter your phone number and last name to get specifics about your order.
