How do I change my Westell 2200 modem password?
  1. Enter http://192.168.1.1 in the Address field of the browser.

  3. In the User Name field, type your Verizon Online user name.
  4. In the Password field, enter your previous Verizon Online password, and then click OK. The Westell window appears.

    Note: If the Westell window does not appear, try again using the Westell 2200 default user name and password settings:
    • Default user name: admin
    • Default password: password

  5. Select Edit from the Connection Overview window.
  6. In the Edit "username" Connection window, locate the Account Password field. Enter the new password.
  7. Select Save.
  8. Close the configuration window.
