  • View or Modify Your Calling Plan You can view or modify your current residential phone calling plan in My Verizon.

    1. Sign in to My Verizon.

    2. On the right side of the screen, under Account Actions, click Home Phone.

    3. Click Change Plan to view or modify your current calling plan.
      A detailed list opens with the following information:

      • Calling Features The features that are included in your plan and any features you added to your plan.

      • International Calling The name of the plan is listed if you added international calling to your plan.

      • Internet or TV Entertainment If you have a bundled plan, then the Internet and TV Entertainment details are listed, including your channels and equipment.
