Returning FiOS TV Equipment

Need to return Verizon equipment? It’s easy – you can drop it off at a Verizon store near you or mail it back to Verizon via UPS.

Returning Equipment Because You’re Disconnecting Service
If you are disconnecting your FiOS TV service, you must return all of your FiOS equipment within 30 days of the disconnect order date to avoid being billed an Unreturned Equipment Fee.* If the equipment is not returned or if the equipment is damaged outside of normal wear and tear, an unreturned equipment charge of up to $650 will be applied to your account for each piece of equipment that is damaged or not returned. If you are enrolled in automatic bill payment at the time of disconnection, the Unreturned Equipment Fee will be billed to you and will be charged or debited to your payment card or bank account on file. If you are not enrolled in automatic bill payment at the time of disconnection, you will be billed for the Unreturned Equipment Fee and will be responsible for paying the bill sent to you.

If you are unsure which equipment needs to be returned, you can verify by calling 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966).

Let Mail Boxes Etc. or UPS pack and ship it
First, verify the equipment to be returned by calling 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966). Then bring your equipment unboxed to the nearest Mail Boxes Etc. or UPS store. They will pack and ship the equipment back to Verizon at no charge to you.

*If the Equipment has a label which includes the following (or similar) message, "PROPERTY OF VERIZON. DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES," then you must not return the Equipment and you will not be charged an Unreturned Equipment fee.
