Set up and Manage Sub Accounts

To manage existing sub accounts, go to My Verizon. Select Profile from the top navigation. On the Profile page, scroll down and next to Sub Accounts select See All, then select the sub account you wish to manage. Note: sub-account creation and management is only available to Fios TV customers.

 

A Fios TV customer can create a sub account so users can access any services assigned to them by the primary account holder (e.g. View TV programming through Fios Mobile App for Fios TV Private customers). Note: This does not create a Verizon.net email address.

 

To create a sub account go to My Verizon. Select Profile from the top navigation. On the Profile page, scroll down and next to Sub Accounts select See All, then select Add a sub account.



Small Business Customers can manage sub accounts at My Business Account.
