How to change Email settings


You set up your primary Verizon Email account during the account setup portion of your service installation. You'll need the user name and password to login and access your email.

 

Manage your sub accounts

To Set up Sub-Accounts:

 
  • Log into My Business Account
  • Select Profile  & Settings in left menu
  • On bottom right under “Manage Users” section
  • To add:  Select Add a New User (Administrator or Basic User)
  • To delete:  Select “Delete” next to user name wanting deleted


Criteria for Changing your password

To Change your Password: 


  • Log into My Business Account
  • Select Profile & Settings in left menu
  • Go to Change Password section
  • Make change and Save


Use Spam Detector

Log into My Business Account

  • Select Email on left menu
  • Go to “Get Help” section on the bottom left side of page
  • Select Spam Detector
  • **You may be required to sign in again using your same UID/Password
  • Select On or Off and Submit


Create an email alias


Log into My Business Account

  • Select Profile & Settings in left menu
  • Go to “Personal Information”
  • Select Create Email Alias
  • *Here you can Change, Delete various Email Addresses and Contact Information


Setup vacation reply

Log into My Business Account

  • Select Email on left menu
  • Go to “Get Help” section on the bottom left side of page
  • Select Vacation Reply
  • **You may be required to sign in again using your same UID/Password


Email Forwarding

Log into My Business Account

  • Select Email on left menu
  • Go to “Get Help” section on the bottom left side of page
  • Select Email Forwarding
  • **You may be required to sign in again using your same UID/Password
  • Here you can turn Email Forwarding On and Off


Marketing preferences


Log into My Business Account

  • Select Profile & Settings in left menu
  • Go to “Notifications & Email Preferences”
