 Verifying your TCP/IP Settings
  1. Right click Local Area Connection and select Properties.
    • A number may be displayed after the Local Area Connection.
    • If more than one connection is displayed, locate the one that corresponds to the network card that is connected to the Verizon 9100VM gateway. It should say "Connected."

  2. Double click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). You may have to scroll down to display this option. [Show Me]

  3. Confirm that Obtain an IP address automatically is selected.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Close any Control Panel windows that may remain open.
