How do I forward email to another address?


If you need messages sent from your primary account or any of your sub-accounts to an alternate email address you will need to enable the Email Forwarding feature.The Email Forwarding option can be found in My Business Account.



To Turn On or Turn Off:
 

  • Select Email on left menu
  • Go to “Get Help” section on the bottom left side of page
  • Select Email Forwarding
  • **You may be required to sign in again using your same UID/Password
  • Here you can turn Email Forwarding On and Off



When you activate Email Forwarding:
 

  • Incoming messages are not sent to your Verizon Online Inbox, but to a different email address that you specify when you activate the service.
  • Your forwarding request takes place immediately and remains in effect until you change it.


You may change or cancel your forwarding request at any time using the instructions above.

  • If you cancel your Verizon Internet account, Email Forwarding is cancelled.
  • The forwarding request also applies to your email alias, if you have one.
