How to replace a damaged, defective or lost FiOS TV remote control

The quickest way to order a replacement is with our In-Home Agent (IHA).  

IHA ImageIHA provides easy solutions for common questions and problems and is available 24/7 by clicking this icon on your desktop.

If you don't have IHA installed, you can download IHA , and then proceed with the steps below.  

Ordering a Remote through the In-Home Agent (IHA) App

Open the In-Home Agent App on your computer
Select >TV
Select > Remote Control
Select > Order Replacement Remote Control
You can also order a replacement through the IMG (Interactive Media Guide).

From the Main Menu on your TV, select >Customer Support

Select >Top Support Tools

Select > Replace FiOS Remote

If you have had service for less than 90 days, select In Warranty and click OK

You may need to enter your purchase pin to complete the transaction

Your remote should arrive 3 - 8 business days

If you have had service for more than 90 days, select Out-of-Warranty

You may need to enter your purchase pin to complete the transaction

Your remote should arrive 3 - 8 business days

You can also order a replacement by logging into My Verizon with your Verizon user credentials.

*Once your order is placed, your remote will arrive at your service address within 3-8 business days*




Verizon's partnership with DIRECTV® lets us offer you DIRECTV® service wherever FiOS TV is not yet available.
