You’ll need at least two to three years of management experience in a retail or similar setting, which means you have the ability to motivate a team to meet and beat sales quotas. We’re looking for someone who knows how to create and sustain a dynamic sales environment. You’ll need at least two years of sales experience in a commission environment, and a college degree is preferred.
