Vendor Management: End to End accountability for management of the $1M+ Software Suppliers.  Efforts in this area surround contract negotiations for price reductions, financial analysis, rationalization, asset inventory management.

Vendor Consolidation / Elimination: Work with the CIO organizations to identify areas for vendor elimination.  This requires review of the portfolios and analysis on where there are overlapping Suppliers. 

Contract Negotiations: Work with legal and sourcing to strike deals with New or Existing Software Suppliers and sometimes Statement of Works related to consulting services required.  These deal focus on price Contract Language, VZ Product Offerings, and Price Negotiations.

Program Management: Regularly leads multiple large initiatives requiring strong leadership and management of multiple teams.  These projects require a strong project management in order to deliver results which focus on key business objectives.  The leader of these initiatives will also be responsible for providing direction to CIO teams, aligning CIO Teams and Executive leader status. 

Change Agent:  Act as a driving force to help promote managers direction in the work place.  This person will be a strong role model / mentor / lead for frontline activities handed down from the manager.  As the senior person on-site, they will interact daily with team members, providing support and direction. 


6 + years of vendor management experience.
4 year degree.
