To assist with the development and maintenance of a managed desktop environment throughout the Verizon International footprint.

To manage and administer centrally managed desktop management systems throughout International including:

  • Centrally managed systems will be maintained and upgraded within appropriate timescales
  • Application testing will be supported by full documentation and will be approved by all interested parties before release.
  • Specialist will be assessed routinely against capability inventory
  • Cross functional working will be solicited and analysed to monitor success of deployments, quality standards and user satisfaction
  • Help Desk queues monitored to ensure 3rd level support issues are dealt with according to SLA
